Circles for Leaders & Culture Shapers — Interest Now Open

We’re forming small, cross-organizational circles for people in leadership and roles of influence who want to strengthen how they show up for their teams—especially when work is complex, human, and imperfect.

These circles are not trainings or workshops. They’re facilitated, practice-based spaces where leaders come together over time to reflect, listen, and learn alongside peers who are also responsible for shaping team culture.

Circles will open once enough aligned interest is gathered to form a thoughtful cohort. Each group will be intentionally small to support trust, depth, and meaningful participation.
