We use analytics cookies only according to the preferences and legal requirements applicable to the user.

9. ADVERTISING AND SOCIAL-MEDIA COOKIES

We do not currently use third-party cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, or similar advertising technologies.

10. COOKIE PREFERENCES

When LearnWorlds’ privacy controls are enabled, visitors can select among optional categories such as:

  • Functional;

  • Analytics; and

  • Marketing.

Necessary cookies remain active because they support requested Website, security, account, and checkout functions.

You can review or change your cookie choices at any time by selecting the “Cookie Preferences” button displayed in the bottom-right corner of our website. Registered users may also manage their choices through Account → Notifications & Privacy → Edit.

Your choices are ordinarily associated with the browser or account used to make them. You may need to set preferences again after deleting cookies, changing browsers, using a different device, or when the preference cookie expires.

11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY CHOICES

We do not sell personal information for money.

Some optional advertising or analytics technologies may involve “sharing” personal information under California law.

California residents can opt out by:

  • selecting Reject All or disabling Marketing cookies;

  • using the Your Privacy Choices link; or

  • enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control.

Where legally required, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal will be treated as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device sending the signal.

12. BROWSER CONTROLS

Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may prevent account login, checkout, course progress, video playback, or other features from working correctly.

Traditional “Do Not Track” signals do not have a universally accepted interpretation, and we do not respond to them. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.

13. EMAIL TECHNOLOGIES

Emails may contain pixels or tracked links that help determine whether an email was delivered, opened, or selected.

We use this information to administer communications, measure engagement, improve content, and maintain unsubscribe records.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Necessary account, purchase, enrollment, security, and other transactional messages may still be sent.

14. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy when our Website, LearnWorlds configuration, integrations, cookies, or legal obligations change.

The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required.
